Reqly is a software-as-a-service platform for requests and approvals. By creating an account you agree to use Reqly in line with these Terms and applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or breached.
Reqly offers paid plans (Plus, Pro & Enterprise). Paid plans are billed monthly in GBP and inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account billing.
We aim to keep Reqly available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits, business, or data). Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability we cannot legally exclude (such as for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
Our site and service may contain links to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Reqly only uses essential cookies required for the site and platform to function properly such as login sessions and security cookies (CSRF protection). These do not require consent. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies at this time. If optional cookies are introduced in the future, you will be given a choice whether to accept them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. By continuing to use the website or service, you agree to the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
